Hi Dr. Hoffmann,

I was given ACTION-2816 [1] to investigate the issue you raised. The working group agreed that the specification could be more clear about the 'azimuth' and 'elevation' attributes.

To address the issue I devised new wording to make the definitions for each attribute more clear and created a diagram for the edition of the specification. The new wording and diagram can be found in the master version of the specification [2].

Please advise the SVG Working Group if these changes have satisfactorily address the issue you raised.
