I'm assuming you mean 2008-02-06, or we're going to be awfully late! :-)

More seriously... I think February 26 is a fine deadline. Like Ian,  
Lachlan and others, I'd like to know what the remaining obstacles are  
to publishing by this deadline, or ahead of it as encouraged by the  
Director

In particular, are there Member organizations specifically requesting  
extra time? Do they need right up until our deadline, or less? Will  
going down to the wire be enough time to affect their ability to  
participate in the group?
