RE: draft agenda for IRI working group BOF, and draft charter for IRI

Almost all of the work needed at this point has little
to do with internationalization, and much more around
error handling, specification coordination, dealing
with versioning and conformance relationships, 
as well as managing through the IETF and W3C processes.

Your help, especially in the last, would be greatly
appreciated.

Historically our W3C Working Group has managed this work, but I don't think we would be opposed to seeing an IETF WG for this purpose.
