Re: headings and which SC?

Roger,

To satisfy SC 1.3.1, if headings are used on a web page, then they
must be marked up as headings. However, a page that contains no
headings can still satisfy this success criterion.

To satisfy SC 2.4.10, the web page must contain headings to indicate
the logical organization of the content. And since the web page must
also satisfy SC 1.3.1, those headings must also be marked up
appropriately.

Does this clarify the difference?
