I finished the change proposal for this action item and this issue, located at: http://burningbird.net/html5/dtdd.htm I used the Microsoft formatting from the decentralized extensibility proposal because it's clean, and easy to read, and produce. It also doesn't incorporate any W3C document formatting, and so won't be confused with an official W3C document. I know that change proposals need to be located on the W3C server, but I don't believe I have permission to upload this file, and the change proposal is, I feel, too big for an email to the HTML WG. If someone with the appropriate permissions can load this page to the W3C servers, and provide a link in a reply to this email, I'd be appreciative. Note that this change proposal doesn't encompass all changes I want. However, others are only indirectly related to the issue of redefining dt/dd, and I'll be submitting bugs for the other changes.
