Note, I am referring to #3 in the revised meme where it states (RDF, 
SPARQL). How does RDF have more weighting that SPARQL?

Also, why do you keep on holding this indefensible position about TimBL 
not knowing why he left RDF and SPARQL out of his initial bullet points?

You have: Date: 2006/10/25 16:33:40 and Date: 2009/06/18 18:24:33, and I 
am sure you can work out the time difference. Basically, it took TimBL 
that long to realize he was thinking about RDF but somehow forget to add 
it to his bullet points in the original document.

What about the timeframe from when he designed what became the Web until 
the emergence of RDF? I guess he didn't realize that on the Web he was 
designing [1] links would be use to denote relations too, right? In 
addition, he didn't realize that links (in the form of HTTP URIs) would 
be used to unambiguously denote things (entities) [2][3].
