Hi, Syntax 3 adds scientific notation on number tokens. IIRC this is for compatibility with SVG, but it was mentioned on this list that SVG also allow scientific notation on percentages and dimension tokens. Should CSS do that too? By the way, I just fixed the railroad diagrams which were inconsistent with the normative text: https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/csswg/rev/b7a6a835b24f http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-syntax/#token-diagrams But we might want to reverse that and fix the normative text instead. -- Simon Sapin
