The Last Call will last for 3 weeks, so there is still time for you to discuss your concerns if we have not fully addressed them. "to link" is reasonably understood as using a browser to arrive at "things on your page." The characters 'about="#manu"' will not achieve that goal. """ Editorial Decision ------------------ I re-worded that section to remove the implication that a link would be created in the traditional browser sense: "If you want Web authors to be able to talk about the things on your page, you can identify the thing using a hash and a name."
