forgot to include the # in #sec-depttable_mapping in the last email,
here is the list again (with that correction)

    * four occurrences of #sec-tables needs to be replaced with  #ex_DEPT
    * one occurrence of #sec-depttable_mapping needs to be replaced with
      #example-r2rml-view
    * two occurrences of #def-template-value needs to be replaced with
      #dfn-template-value
