Another fix needed: (I somehow missed it)
We need to remove the following bullet item from Section 6:

    * It /MAY/ have one implicit predicate-object map
      <http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/r2rml/WD-r2rml-20110915/#dfn-implicit-predicate-object-map>.
