Hi there, below the requested change proposal. It *is* brief, because all it asks for is changing the name of a single term. This is confusing as nothing except the URI actually is mutated; in particular not server state. RATIONALE See above. DETAILS Simply change the term "mutate action" to "mutate action URL" (see [2]) so it is clearer what is being mutated. IMPACT 1. Positive Effects More clarity. 2. Negative Effects None. 3.
