I have re-read the entire ISSUE-76 thread as well as Tab's counter-proposal and updated the original proposal, including rebuttals, which can be found here: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html/2009Dec/0224.html I have probably missed a point here or there and if it doesn't exist in the proposal above, please let me know so that the point can be mentioned. Maciej, is this sufficient?
