If the company changed names, we would say "Some Person, FooCo (previously known as BarCo)". This ambiguity is a bug in English, not in the specification. I am unsure who you should file a comment with, but I'm pretty sure the LC period for English is over. I suggest that you raise the issue with implementors of English, and perhaps it can be changed in English 2.0 (or whatever the next version is). I will also raise an issue on the pronunciation of numbers (e.g., 15 and 50), such that they are difficult to distinguish and need constant clarification. For consistency, I have removed the stray instance of "formerly of", in hopes that this will clarify the matter. Please let us know promptly if this satisfies your comment.
