PROPOSED: Remove section 4.3.5 (casting function for rif:iri) from DTB. At the 8 July telecon [1] we discussed this issue and most people didn't have a strong preference. A few more people preferred removing this casting function & section (since in fact the cast is not functional). Only Axel preferred keeping the function, but he did not object to removing it.
