Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html section 5.9.3 states "None of the attributes on the prefetch element are animatable or inherited." It is highly unclear which attributes are re- ferred to here, clearly e.g. the xml:lang attribute "inherits" even for prefetch elements and the class attribute seems animatable even when on prefetch.
