Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/struct.html is unclear about the lexical space of mediaContentEncodings, it says "content encodings" but does not define what that means; please change the draft such that the lexical space is well-defined. This will likely require a discussion as to whether such content encodings may or should only be used if properly registered.
