Actually, animateTransform should not have this text. For animateMotion
the attributeName is implied and cannot be specified; animateTransform
requires specification of the attribute name and any attribute that is
a transform-like attribute can be a target, e.g. gradientTransform. The
text above reflects that poorly. Simply removing this text for animate-
Transform would address this.
