   <Lisa_> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YiknHDDDdKBdwVTEpxwUpyCaQL_tnpp9CfDlFjCq16E/edit?usp=sharing

Yes, Lisa, I am comfortable with the Accessible Authentication techniques as I wrote them. I am awaiting feedback.

Lisa: I will consult with Michael Cooper about the Accessible Authentication techniques.

<kirkwood> interruptions, would very much want to chave a call

Note: John Kirkwood wants to shave while on the next call.

<kirkwood> will send you some time next week, I can do Tuesday

<Lisa_> ACTION: Lisa ask Andy Andrew Jan about when their techneques will be in. And ask if we need to split up johns [recorded in
   http://www.w3.org/2017/10/19-coga-minutes.html#action01]

<trackbot> Created ACTION-243 - Ask andy andrew jan about when their techneques will be in. and ask if we need to split up johns [on Lisa Seeman-Kestenbaum - due
   2017-10-26].

Inclusive documents. Roadmap https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WcfVALVq8PS9CLXUuAfV9Op0wXvI2yJYedj5jO23GTk/edit#

Lisa: We need to move the SC in GitHub into the Roadmap document.
... A problem is we have content in different repositories (Google Docs, GitHub, Wiki).

<kirkwood> donā€™t quite understand the question

   <neilmilliken> I am connected

<neilmilliken> But not sure why you cannot hear me

Lisa: We have a doc, an appendix to the Roadmap Doc, to which we need to copy all the content from the respositories.
... Instead of copying the content multiple times, what do we think about including crosslinking?

<kirkwood> I think thats a potential solution. Especially linking to the primary. Iā€™m for linking

   <kirkwood> yes

<kirkwood> as long as comments are in google docs

   <kirkwood> good point Neil

<Lisa_> Neil wants us to link directly to the right section

   <JohnRochford_> Hello world

   <Lisa_> Scribe: JohnRochford_

Lisa: Andy is working on user needs and use cases.

Neil: I have apprentices who could do copy and paste work.

Lisa: Would they know where to place content?

Neil: We have a corporate membership, so getting apprentices connected should not be a problem.

Lisa: Michael expects deliverables every two weeks.

Neil: I'm unavailable to work on techniques.

personalization. Support. https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/

   Lisa: That link is wrong.

   <Lisa_> https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/

Lisa: Personalization is now being done by the ARIA group.
... There's an open survey that they have.

I can't hear Lisa or anyone now.

   <kirkwood> yes

   Yes, what?

<kirkwood> sorry lisa was asking if we could hear her

   <kirkwood> lost Lisa

   <kirkwood> yes

Hi Pietro. We are having audio problems.

<Lisa> Janina's please tell everyone about the apa items

   <Lisa> While I reconnect

<kirkwood> wondering about TPAC schedule for COGA group

   <Lisa> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-cognitive-a11y-tf/2017Oct/0007.html

Lisa: The personalization task force needs to prioritize what they are doing first.
... Respond to the survey (previous link) to help determine priorities.

<neilmilliken> I Mark Wilcock has a w3c account and I have emailed Lisa & Michael Cooper to make introductions

Lisa: Use cases would be very helpful for us.
   ... Questions?
... Anyone plan on using personalization?

Janina: Each feature must be implementable in two instances, such as Edge and Chrome.
... It does not need to be browser technology. It could be AT that is commonly available.

Lisa: It can be also that people are making their own tool.
... If people indicate they plan to implement anything, that would be really useful.
... We won't proceed with something / spend time on it unless we know people will use it.

   <kirkwood> Iā€™m interested

Lisa: It would be very good if anyone would be interested in making adaptable widgets for personalization functions.

<kirkwood> that makes sense to me

Lisa: I will send, to the list, the correct link to the personalization survey.

<scribe> ACTION: Lisa to send personalization survey link to list [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2017/10/19-coga-minutes.html#action02]

<trackbot> Created ACTION-244 - Send personalization survey link to list [on Lisa Seeman-Kestenbaum - due 2017-10-26].

<janina> ACTION: Lisa to add the wbs link to the Personalization Wiki [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2017/10/19-coga-minutes.html#action03]

https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/wiki/Category:COGA Apa items

<Pietro> Autism-Europe is rebuilding its website

<Pietro> it is not yet ready

Janina: It's at the stage at which you meet with the W3C Director, and show you have a viable spec. If the Director approves, the W3C Advisory Approval votes, and if
it is approved, there is a 60-day wait period for patents.

<Lisa_> Petroleum, they can put it in while they are rebuilding the website

Lisa: Pietro, perhaps you could introduce me to the web development team, and I could explain personalization, etc. to them.

<Lisa_> And that will help us get it in to the specification for all web site!

Janina: There is a major push for authentication on the web; the way it works under the hood.
... We need to make sure there's nothing in the specification that needs to be fixed .
... If you can, and have expertise, such as with authentication or CSS, we welcome your feedback.

<kirkwood> when would the meeting be with APA at TPAC?

   <kirkwood> rom lisa to Everyone:
