Rob, please have a look at ISSUE-81 and comment on the proposed
resolution.

Bruno, I see a bunch of open issues in tracker that come from your
comments.  For a number of these, resolutions are proposed, but
there wasn't any reaction from you.

For the following issues, I'll presume agreement from you to the
proposed resolutions unless I hear otherwise in time for the call
tomorrow.
