I took an action earlier to review the WebApps test case review process to see if we could adopt it (ACTION-638).

The WebApps WG has a detailed wiki describing how tests are submitted and processed, see http://www.w3.org/wiki/Webapps/Submitting_tests

This all seems directly applicable to DAP - however we need to agree on a different email archive than the public-webapps-testsuite list (probably public-dap-testsuite).

Important to note are the sections on licensing and test review and approval workflow, please take a look. 

Any concern or suggestion with DAP adopting this approach as outlined in all sections of the wiki?
