I have merged the XML Encryption 1.1 Test Cases material into the XML Encryption 1.1 Interop Test report.

A couple of questions:

(1) Which test case was used for AES-256-GCM by Santuario, how should we document the test case?

(2) Where are the RSA-OAEP Key Transport test cases ?
