If Do Not Track is not enabled or is set to DNT=0, the buttons load as usual 
in a US context. If DNT is not enabled, you fall back to the regional system 
you're operating in. And e.g. the German system doesn't like like buttons but 
IMHO it would like your interpretation of JC-powered like buttons. In this 
case, the like button would work as usual if DNT=0 is sent with the request.

And so the only absolutely certain assertion we can make is that: "the like 
button will function as usual if DNT=0 is sent with the request."
