Call for Consensus - DOM 4.1 to FPWD

Hi folks,

there is a revised Call for Consensus on the DOM 4.1 FPWD: https://github.com/w3c/dom/issues/113

Responses are due by 14 March, and silence will be taken as acquiescence to the proposal

Feedback is preferred as a response to that issue - thumbs up or comment on the initial description is enough, but disagreement should have a clear rationale since this is a basic administrative decision.

Replies to this email will also be taken into consideration.

Thanks to Yongsheng, those who have contributed to the work so far, and Xiaoqian for getting us to this stage...
