I intend to reject this suggestion because the section is non-normative and UI requirements are out of scope. This does not imply that accessibility considerations are not important whenever a UI might be defined. However, because we don't define one, we can't make requirements about it being accessible. If we did, it should probably be in the form of a reference to WCAG's work, or some other group that documents accessibility guidelines far better than we can. If someone would like to propose appropriate non-normative text that suggests an implementation consider WCAG, I'd have no problem with it. ....Roy
