Resolve XHTML2 WG objections to language in HTML5 draft regarding XHTML1

Changes were recently made to the HTML5 editor's draft to address concerns about statements regarding XHTML1 in the draft. We need to make the XHTML2 WG aware of the changes and ask for a formal response.
