Please use this form to order your WAI QuickTips. If you have trouble filling out the form, please send your request via email to <wai-quicktips@w3.org>. (Note that, when the "Submit" button is selected, your request is sent to wai-quicktips@w3.org, and a copy is sent to the email address you are asked to provide in Step 2 of the following eleven step form.)

This form lets you order up to 3 different sets of Quick Tips. For more combinations, please use the form multiple times (Submit and then use your Back button).

Quantity: up to 500 cards are available at no charge. For quantities in excess of 500, please send information about your intended distribution plans to <wai-quicktips@w3.org>, and we can discuss different options for getting you the cards).
Braille and large print formats: currently, only the English Quick Tips are available in these formats).
