Providing closed captions using any readily-available media format that has a video player that is free of charge and supports closed captioning

Funny... Jaws isn't free. Why are we restricted to the usage of free players when accessibility software in other contexts is expensive?

We have removed, "is free of charge and" from item 3 of SC 1.2.4
