Is this correct???
Proposed Change:
Per the definition of decibels, background sound that meets this requirement will be approximately four times (4x) quieter than the foreground audio content.
We accept your suggestion for a simplified note on this success criterion. However, there was another suggestion as well so the simplified note now reads:
"NOTE: Background sound that meets this requirement will be approximately one quarter as loud as the foreground speech content."
Note also that the success criterion now talks about foreground speech content rather than foreground audio.
