The penultimate paragraph (\"Several success criteria require...\") is difficult to understand and contains more detail than seems necessary or appropriate for an introduction.
Proposed Change:
Copyedit to clarify and simplify.
We have rewritten the paragraph to be simpler and we have removed the examples of transformations that could be performed by user agents.
