View Keyword Report

The following list includes the sort terms used on issues so that they can be processed together.
- The TEAM columns list only those items that are still OPEN and assigned to that team.
- However, the ALL and ANYWHERE columns search the whole database including open and closed items.
- The ALL column searches only the SORT NAME FIELD in all entries (open or closed).
- The ANYWHERE column searches anywhere (all fields) in all entries, (open or closed).
- The PPR column searches only the SORT NAME FIELD in pending, proposal, and resolved entries.

NOTE: All searches look for the term both with and without the hyphen.
NOTE: Items no longer have to be on hold to appear in this report.
