Participation is open to participants in good standing of W3C/WAI's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (WCAG WG). If you are not currently a participant in good standing, but wish to attend please contact Gregg Vanderheiden (Chair) and Wendy Chisholm (Team contact).
The meeting is scheduled for two days to discuss major issues related to the advancement of WCAG 2.0 towards a W3C Recommendation.
Registration is required and is open until 16 March 2005. The registration system is password protected. If you have not previously requested a login, please follow these instructions and contact Wendy Chishom with any questions.

10:00 - 11:00: Round table harvest of ideas related to structure
11:00 - 11:15: Break
11:15 - 12:30: Break out work sessions to discuss baseline and
structure
12:30 - 13:30: Lunch
13:30 - 15:00: Plenary discussion of work sessions
15:00 - 15:30: Break
15:30 - 17:00: Continue plenary discussion, plan for Monday
9:00 - 12:30: Work sessions based on Sunday's results
12:30 - 1:30: Lunch
13:30 - 15:00: Plenary discussion of work sessions, planning and next steps
All meetings are in the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. Room details to be provided.
These meetings are held after the CSUN conference.
Additional hotels are available in the Los Angeles airport area.
There is a free shuttle bus service between LAX airline terminals and the hotels
