- There are various issues with providing keyboard recommendations for ARIA widgets: they are inconsistent between web applications, but question is whether they should be standardized universally or contextual to platform. How would authors provide keyboard functionality in Web applications that work differently when loaded on different platforms? Access module and role-based keyboard shortcuts might be part of solution but beyond scope of ARIA 1.0.
