Please use these "staging" URIs in the drafts, so that we can make sure all the links are good between all the drafts in the staging area. Then a global search/replace will be done for moving over to real TR space.

OWL Drafts use names as given here. RDF Drafts use uppercase names, like [RDF SYNTAX] instead of [RDF Syntax].

The date "31 December 2099" is a placeholder for whatever the publication date turns out to be. It will be globally replaced.

The ordering is the conceptual ordering. Other orders may be appropriate in specific documents. Documents should only be listed in the references if they are actually referred to in the text.

If you re-flow the text, the global replace will be harder to get right.
