Description Michael Kay 2006-12-10 00:04:57 UTC
In the Microsoft IdentityConstraint test set, test idZ011, the schema contains an attribute declaration

<xsd:attribute name="id" type="xsd:ID" fixed="a"/>

This makes the schema invalid under Schema Component Constraint: Attribute Declaration Properties Correct clause 3:

If the {type definition} is or is derived from ID then there must not be a {value constraint}.

This issue is a duplicate of 4054.

This test should indeed be invalid. This is due a bug in the packaging process of Microsoft schema tests.
