This is an archived snapshot of W3C's public bugzilla bug tracker, decommissioned in April 2019. Please see the home page for more details.
In the Microsoft IdentityConstraint test set, test idZ011, the schema contains an attribute declaration <xsd:attribute name="id" type="xsd:ID" fixed="a"/> This makes the schema invalid under Schema Component Constraint: Attribute Declaration Properties Correct clause 3: If the {type definition} is or is derived from ID then there must not be a {value constraint}.
This issue is a duplicate of 4054. This test should indeed be invalid. This is due a bug in the packaging process of Microsoft schema tests.
