TTML WebVTT mapping note

Description:
Forced subtitles [*] are a popular subtitle feature apparently. While there might not be a declarative equivalent in WebVTT, perhaps it would be useful to include an informative note indicating how the same effect can be achieved using js?

Related notes:

In general the scope of the mapping was just TTML 1 without extensions. As forced display is an important feature and you can achieve this behavior with a certain strategy at least an informative note may be indeed helpful.
