ISSUE-378: Relax constraints on ttp:frameRate and related video object

frame-rate-constraints

Relax constraints on ttp:frameRate and related video object

State:
CLOSED
Product:
TTML IMSC 1.0
Raised by:
Pierre-Anthony Lemieux
Opened on:
2015-03-20
Description:
Remove from IMSC1 the constraint that "if ttp:frameRate is specified, then the product of ttp:frameRate and ttp:frameRateMultiplier shall be the frame rate of the related video object", and instead rely on the formula mapping hh:mm:ss:ff notation to media time in TTML1 SE.

This allows frame rate-independent authoring.
