ISSUE-349: Remove deprecation of ttp:markerMode

Remove deprecation of ttp:markerMode

State:
CLOSED
Product:
TTML2
Raised by:
Glenn Adams
Opened on:
2014-09-24
Description:
Continue to allow use of ttp:markerMode="continuous"; note that default remains "discontinuous" unless a document is explicitly marked as using smpte continuous mode.

Rationale: the existing definitions of continuous mode remain well defined, and there remains utility in supporting continuous mode, particularly since it facilitates straightforward reasoning in terms of media time base.
