24 Jul 2014, 14:25:50Addressed in https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/ttml/rev/d9787c754880 . A use case is to permit author to intentionally mark that a document should not be validated whether or not it contains a validation error or not. This is effectively the semantic complement of the 'required' value.
