Description:
As I'm not familiar with 29.97 and drop frame, etc., could someone
look over the frameRateMultiplier and smpteMode files to make sure my
interpretation is correct? For the latter test, I've used Glenn's
timecode values from the spec which highlight the difference between
drop and non-drop frame, but a longer duration of visible text would be
better (i.e. > 3 frames). Does anyone have a drop-frame timecode
calculator, so I don't need to work it out frame-by-frame?
