Description:

dynamicFlow of elements smaller than a block seems to be dependant on a reflow operation that will wrap content, otherwise inline level clear units won’t work satisfactorily.

I suggest the combination of dynamicFlow with wrapOption=’noWrap’ be prohibited or the semantics clarified in the text.
