Allowing pointers to pre-rendered audio forms of elements

State:

Opened on:

Description:
Should timed text allow pointers to pre-rendered audio forms of elements, this is of particular interest when using TT for audio description scripts. E.g something akin to the CSS2.1 play-during attribute:

<p ttm:role="description" tts:playDuring="url(www.example.com/descriptions/foo.au)" ...>

Should tts:playDuring be adopted?
