[WCAG2ICT] Content review of 4 SC and definitions

Hi all,

In this morning’s AG WG meeting, I am introducing the latest WCAG2ICT content review as we are starting to include WCAG 2.2. There are 4 success criteria and a few definitions for you to review, all easily accessible from this link: https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3A%22Please+Review%22

  *   2.4.11 Focus Not Obscured (Minimum)
  *   2.5.7 Dragging Movements
  *   3.3.7 Redundant Entry
  *   4.1.1 Parsing
  *   Term definitions for structure, satisfies a success criterion, and conformance

Discussion on any comments submitted for this content will occur in the 12 December AG WG meeting.
