[timing and interruptions subgroup] meeting minutes 1 September 2023, pseudo week

The timing and interruptions subgroup met today, Friday, in lieu of meeting next Monday, which is a public holiday.

Due to low attendance this week and in previous weeks, we have a two-week extension to complete our work. We will reconvene on 18th September. Subgroup members, please look out for calendar invites and please prioritize the meetings.
