[timings and interruptions subgroup] meeting minutes 28th August

Hi, all

The Timings And Interruptions subgroup met today. We:


  1.  Made a decision not to meet next Monday, as it’s the Labor Day public holiday. We’ve scheduled a make-up meeting for this coming Friday.
  2.  Worked on creating outcomes and methods and also improved some existing user needs and tests.
