Re: CFC - Adding errata and updating understanding documents for WCAG 2.0 (take 2)

+1 to everything except the 4.11 stuff 

For that, I don't understand why we have a note there explaining that there is specified handling of erroneous code, and then a normative paragraph two paras later saying that user agents handle differences unpredictably.

so 0 to that particular erratum proposal, and the parallel Understanding updates.
