IMPORTANT NOTES:

Chairs encourage members to pilot our new process using the Error Notification Conversation (linked above).  In particular, we ask that you review and provide a thumbs up or thumbs down, the mechanism for which can be found at the bottom of Rachael's comment. You can add comments in Github or the Google Document. We will lock the Google Document on Monday July 24th.

Also note that there will be no AGWG call on August 1st.

We will use the normal AGWG timeslot on the 8th and 15th to provide instruction and training regarding our new process. We encourage members to participate in one of those two training sessions. We will not have formal calls those weeks.
