C42 & C44

Hi folks,

In a previous meeting we decided<https://www.w3.org/2023/06/27-ag-minutes#item06> to accept PR323<http://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/3231> but with some updates based on feedback from the group.

Francis has worked through those updates and they are available in the PR now:

We’ll merge that in shortly unless someone spots a problem.
