Re: CFC - WCAG 2.2 Focus Appearance, Normative Text

+1... and as a response to Wilco's valid points - many SCs, in their
normative text - are broad and don't identify - exactly how to test. Could
it be better if we didnt have these nutty timelines? YES. Is this a
worthwhile SC that will help users? YES
