RE: Agenda for 18th February 2014 WCAG call

In between being on the US President's Day holiday and tending to a child with a stomach bug I responded to a few comments, including a couple of comments that came in right ahead of the deadline.

Survey: https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/Misc20140218/

The remaining items that we will need to find volunteers for:
LC-2877: The technique should mention input type = file
LC-2878: The test doesn't require association between header and data cells
LC-2879: Move the logic away from How to meet and into the technique
LC-2880: This technique should be a failure technique
LC-2882: Add a warning about the poor support for this technique h69
LC-2884: This technique should be generalized h90
LC-2885: This technique should be generalized h92
LC-2886: This technique should be generalized C29
LC-2887: This technique should be generalized h87
LC-2888: This technique should be generalized C26
LC-2889: The technique should be more specific h86
LC-2890: This technique entirely covered by H53
LC-2891: The technique doesn’t solve the problem of the success criterion SCR21
LC-2892: F76: Failure of Success Criterion 3.2.2
LC-2894: Inaccessible supporting PDF examples

Agenda

1) Comment processing for Publication

We have currently one comment relating to changes in the new draft.

LC-2883: HTML technique is a duplicate of h93 [1]

If and when more come in (note, today is also the deadline) then Captain Kirkpatrick will forward them to the list, or we will discuss on Tues call. These comments will have top priority.

Note, there are other comments that will need to be addressed, so I'm including the full list I've added to the tracker here. Note, these comments do NOT relate to changes in the current draft, so are not a priority but will shortly need owners to draft responses.
