It appears that throughout the entire 21 PPF techniques the link to PDF Technology notes is dead... I think it is missing the .html part of the URL The link used is: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/2011/WD-WCAG20-TECHS-20110310/PDF#pdf_notes I think it should be: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/2011/WD-WCAG20-TECHS-20110310/pdf.html#pdf_notes
